I thought this would actually 'hold' files like my other target file bag, but it doesn't. It feels like a baby's soft book. While it might be great to take to the beach, because it'd be so easy to wipe the sand off of, there is really no other appeal as it looks cheap. This is not to mention that my bag came all folded up, wrinkled, and damaged upon arrival, unusable to give as a gift. I had to get a refund. Good customer service though!
